The Global Summit on Tech-Facilitated Gender Based Violence

The Global Summit to End Tech-Facilitated Gender-Based Violence is a global convening focused on the intersection of technology, safety, and social impact. Hosted by the in partnership with UN Women, and now in its third year, the summit brings together policymakers, survivors, advocates, researchers, and investors to examine how technologies can be designed, deployed, and scaled to prevent violence, support survivors, and protect vulnerable communities.

Through keynote sessions, expert panels, live demonstrations, and collaborative workshops, the summit explores a range of emerging approaches, including AI-enabled safety tools, wearable panic devices, predictive analytics for early intervention, and digital reporting platforms, with a particular focus on technology developed specifically to prevent and respond to domestic and sexual violence.

Participants engage with real-world case studies, consider ethical and governance frameworks, and identify opportunities for cross-sector collaboration to strengthen responsible, coordinated, and survivor-centered responses to technology-facilitated violence
